A company is looking for a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Early Case
Evaluation attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial factual investigations into new litigation
matters
Draft answers, corporate disclosure statements, and Early Case
Evaluations
Provide analysis and recommendations for case strategy and
settlement agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience
Experience managing cases through their entire life cycle
Ability to provide appropriate valuations of employment law
cases
Active bar license in the state of residence
