Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday HR Generalist (Compensation)
to manage and administer compensation programs using Workday
HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data for competitive
compensation
Develop job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to assign pay
grades
Assist in the design and administration of incentive programs and
generate compensation reports
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices
Experience working with Workday HCM
Ability to ensure compliance with compensation laws and
regulations
Experience in conducting salary analysis and job evaluations
Proficient in generating and analyzing compensation reports
