Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum General Dentist job in Lincoln, NE paying $115/hour - $125/hour.
Job Details:

      Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
    • # of Support staff: 1 BA, 1 PMO, 2 HGY, 2 DA
    • EMR: Dentrix
    • Cases/Procedures:
      General Dentistry, provider has full autonomy to refer out complex cases as needed that would be better suited for a specialist. This office sees the full scope of general dentistry and prides themselves on providing a professional, positive experience to patients. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing. Common cases we see include Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
      Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required. Invisalign experience is preferred but not required
      Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.
      General Job Responsibilities:
      • Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
      • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
      • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work.
      • Provide preventive dental care, such as cleanings and oral hygiene education.
      • Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed.
      • Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants and other dental professionals.
      • Maintain accurate and complete dental records. Requirements:
        • Board Certification: Not needed
        • State License: NE
        • Certifications: BLS, DEA, CSR
        • Credentialing Timeframe: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing
          Minimum Education Requirements:
          • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
